Bauer Hockey seeks a PM Shift Distribution Center Lead to oversee picking, packing, VAS, shipping and returns with a focus on smooth processes. You will lead a team, train staff, and coordinate daily workload under the Distribution Supervisor.

Job requires strong communication, problem solving, and a hands-on approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. On-site role in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing environments and make quick decisions.
• Experience in planning short- and long-term strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate designated machinery with proper training.

Responsabilités

• Plans and coordinates work assignments as delegated by the Supervisor.
• Monitors a team of associates, providing guidance and motivation.
• Works with Distribution Center Leadership to meet customer needs.
• Trains full-time and temporary associates in essential functions.
• Operates powered lift trucks to complete daily workload.
• Identifies and resolves quantity discrepancies.
• Uses a handheld scanner to track product flow.
• Ensures accurate matches of received, put-away, picked, packed and shipped units.
• Maintains supplies and participates in inventory audits.
• Cross-trains in other distribution center functions when needed.
