Ramp is seeking a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed, to tackle the hardest problems between Ramp and the world’s largest, most complex companies. Join the Core FDE team and interact directly with customers to understand pain points, shape product decisions, and build agents that extend Ramp's capabilities.

You will collaborate across teams to close deals, activate customers, and expand Ramp’s value, while shipping high-quality software at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building with and for agents.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end software solutions for Ramp’s largest customers and advance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure customer value and adoption.
• Drive core product engineering roadmap within the embedding model and develop deep domain expertise.
