Ramp is seeking a Software Engineer, Enterprise Product to build internal and external agents for our largest customers. You will join the Core FDE org, an agent-first engineering team delivering end-to-end solutions and directly interacting with customers.

We value builders who own problems and make impactful decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals and expand Ramp's value over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Extensive experience building with and for agents.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end software for Ramp's largest customers, understanding pain points and building agents that implement solutions.
• Build internal and external agents to accelerate solving customer blockers and enable agentic experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand Ramp's value.
• Drive the core product engineering roadmap through the embedding model, developing deep domain expertise and prioritizing builds vs. broader initiatives.
