Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to act as the technical partner for customers, coordinating API integrations and feature scoping across geographies for major fintech/hr clients.

You will work with Product and Engineering to scope new features, drive on-time delivery, and guide customers through optimal implementation paths while engaging Growth for new opportunities. Fluency in French or Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
• Experience juggling multiple high-priority projects with strong organizational skills.
• Balance technical, product, and commercial mindsets to drive customer outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders, including C-level.
• Proactive, creative, and hands-on; able to create processes, playbooks, and assets from scratch.
• Fluency in French or Spanish in addition to English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations, scoping features, endpoints, and wireframes for each use case.
• Serve as the main technical contact with customer teams during integration.
• Advise on UX/UI and endpoint selections to build best-in-class user experiences.
• Own portfolio of complex deployments with roadmaps, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering for aligned execution.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to identify and implement new features for use cases.
• Understand commercial fundamentals and optimize conversion in each implementation.
