Job summary

Prime Talent Recruiting is seeking a Sr. Forward Deployed Product Manager for an on-site, full-time role in New York, NY.

You will lead AI-enabled product and integration initiatives designed to automate document-heavy workflows and drive value for customers. You will partner with customers to understand their workflows, map journeys, and define end-to-end experiences across front-end, back-end, APIs and services.

Qualifications

Proven product or integration launches.
Strong systems thinking across end-to-end workflows.
Hands-on journey mapping and service blueprinting.
Deep understanding of APIs and integrations.
Experience building or deploying AI/LLM products.
Comfortable working directly with customers in hands-on deployments.

Responsibilities

Own product and integration initiatives from discovery through deployment.
Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into product solutions.
Design end-to-end experiences across front-end interactions, back-end triggers, APIs, integrations, and service workflows.
Build journey maps and service blueprints for complex customer processes.
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve integrations, adoption, and product stickiness.
Help deploy AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows, reduce costs and risk, and improve the user experience.
