Job summary

Probably Genetic in San Francisco is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a new product end to end, owning vision and strategy for growth. You will consolidate customer requests into a clear roadmap and turn data into compelling insight packages for biopharma accounts.

You will manage post‑sale relationships, run regular check‑ins, and partner with BD and engineering to prioritize improvements. A hybrid, fast-paced environment with equity and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions, forward‑deployed engineering, product management, or related client‑facing roles.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders at large organizations with proactive cadence and escalations.
• Strong data fluency; comfortable pulling and packaging insights with SQL/Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with polished customer‑facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new product end to end, owning the vision and strategy for growth.
• Build and maintain a consolidated backlog of requests across accounts and translate into roadmap.
• Prepare data‑driven insights and presentations for customer stakeholders.
• Own post‑sale relationships for key biopharma accounts; ensure high‑quality experience.
• Run regular customer check‑ins; surface insights and flag risks early.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering to scope and prioritize improvements.
