Absci, a clinical-stage generative AI drug creation company that designs novel biologic therapies using deep learning, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager. You will lead AI-driven platforms to discover and optimize biologics, coordinating AI researchers and wet lab scientists across six-week iteration cycles.

You will drive strategy, product roadmaps, and deployment plans, with high autonomy and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment that partners with major pharma players.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Protein Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to engineers and wet lab scientists.
• Track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-Guided Target Identification platform.
• Own AI-Guided Drug Design platform.
• Own product roadmaps, backlogs, and execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams from conception to deployment.
