The Role

We’re looking for a data‑driven, execution-focused Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of Cheiron’s AI‑powered search engine — from concept to launch — and drive measurable product impact across the pharmaceutical domain.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and product execution, with strong ownership over defining user problems, prioritizing roadmaps, and aligning cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs based on core metric priorities.
• Translate business and user insights into clear hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable plans.

2. Data‑Driven Decision‑Making

• Connect analytical insights to product decisions and performance improvements.

3. Feature Definition & Delivery

• Draft PRDs, user stories, and product requirements with clear rationale and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

4. Market & User Insight

• Conduct competitive, user, and market research to validate hypotheses and uncover unmet needs.
• Partner with research and medical experts to identify high‑value problems and test product‑market fit.
