Job summary

Condor is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in SF, bridging engineering, product, and customer delivery. You’ll be embedded with biopharma customers to learn workflows and design AI-powered solutions that ship quickly, with production-grade code and no translation layer.

You will own deployments end-to-end, shape platform architecture, and help drive the roadmap with product leadership. This role requires autonomy, strong coding skills, and clear collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Django; strong SQL on PostgreSQL.
• Experience building AI-powered field deployments and LLM tooling.
• Strong communication and ability to own deployments in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with biopharma customers to understand workflows and define success.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions rapidly.
• Turn customer requirements into core product changes in the shared codebase.
• Own deployments end-to-end from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Build and maintain production systems: Django services, APIs, and data integrations.
