Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a new biopharma product line from vision to post-sale relationships. You will translate customer data into polished insights, collaborate with BD and engineering to prioritize improvements, and build lightweight AI-assisted automations to streamline reporting.

The role emphasizes managing senior stakeholder relationships, data-driven deliverables, and AI-enabled tooling in a hybrid SF-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions, forward-deployed engineering, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at large organizations.
• Strong data fluency; comfortable with spreadsheets; SQL or Python for insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience delivering decks, dashboards, insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools and building lightweight AI-assisted solutions.
• Experience translating customer feedback into product requirements and collaborating with engineering to deliver improvements.
• Empathy and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and growth for a new product line.
• Maintain a consolidated backlog of requests and translate into roadmap items.
• Prepare data-driven insight packages and presentations for customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for key biopharma accounts and run regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering to scope, prioritize, and implement improvements.
• Support ownership of customer-facing product and tooling; contribute to roadmap decisions.
• Build lightweight AI-assisted tools to streamline customer reporting.
