Transformcap is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to redefine how life sciences organizations commercialize products. You will deploy solutions directly into customer environments and deeply understand workflows to ensure value delivery to pharma marketing teams.

Your role involves designing integrations, customizing AI workflows, and managing AWS deployments while collaborating with co-founders on product strategy. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong engineering skills in Python, FastAPI, and AWS, along with a commitment to customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLM or RAG pipelines.
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Docker.
• Strong ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations into enterprise systems.
• Customize AI workflows to fit brand-specific regulatory processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive rapid iteration.
• Embed with pharma and agency partners for customer deployments.
