Job summary

You will work with business leaders, architects, and IT teams to translate challenges into practical, implementable solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with 4+ years of IT/software engineering experience.
• Experience designing or delivering enterprise technology solutions involving software development, APIs, system integration, automation, or data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with modern programming or scripting languages and cloud-based/enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GSM business leaders, product teams, architects, data teams, and technology partners to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Rapidly design, prototype, and deliver solutions using APIs, integrations, automation, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
• Develop proofs of concept and MVPs to test business value, feasibility, user experience, and scalability.
• Integrate solutions across enterprise platforms while maintaining secure, maintainable architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities for practical business applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and process challenges across apps, integrations, data flows, and workflows.
