Medtronic plc is seeking an IT Vendor Manager, Strategic Suppliers, to lead governance and optimization across top IT suppliers. This onsite role is based in Minnesota, with 5% travel to collaborate with stakeholders and drive cost, quality, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will manage 8–10 strategic suppliers, employ data-driven decision making, and partner with Global IT leaders to deliver continuous improvement in service delivery and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience with IT vendor management including asset, contract, and financial optimization.
• Ability to influence and manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Develops vendor management strategy for Global IT hardware, software, and telecom suppliers.
• Collaborates with Global IT leadership, internal customers, and shared service teams to align strategy with execution.
• Manages 8–10 strategic suppliers with governance via SLAs and KPIs; builds executive sponsorships and roadmaps.
• Maintains relationships with executive sponsors, product and delivery leads, and IT sales teams to map priorities.
• Communicates IT narratives with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement in delivery.
• Delivers measurable quality, performance, and cost savings year over year.
