Job summary

Cohere, a security-first enterprise AI company, is seeking an engineer to deploy North in private cloud and on-prem environments for enterprise clients. You will partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security, and design deployment strategies that meet data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments (on-premises or private cloud).
• Proven ability to administer large-scale production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and networking knowledge.
• Fluency in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements and data management practices.
• Experiment at high velocity with high quality to meet customer expectations.
• Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot deployment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
