Job summary

Cohere is looking for an engineer to bridge North with clients’ engineering teams, deploying in private and hybrid clouds, and ensuring secure, scalable AI integrations. You’ll work with enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and telecom, traveling 20–40% to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will partner with IT, design deployment strategies, and help realize Cohere’s Agentic AI vision for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid clouds.
• Production Kubernetes administration and Helm expertise.
• Strong cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization knowledge.
• Familiar with CI/CD practices and Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT to assess infrastructure and data practices.
• Experiment with high velocity and quality to exceed client expectations.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs and security standards.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and minimize downtime.
