Job summary

Persistent is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with customers to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud, AI, and enterprise software solutions. The role spans full-stack engineering, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and data engineering.

You will translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes while contributing to modernization initiatives, AI transformation, and secure practices in enterprise environments. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Full-time employment mindset and ability to work in enterprise settings.
• Experience across multi-cloud and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on AI/ML capabilities with modern frameworks.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Build scalable, enterprise-grade platforms with multi-cloud and Kubernetes.
• Improve CI/CD, GitOps, MLOps, and Secure SDLC practices.
• Develop and operationalize AI solutions including LLMs and RAG.
• Shape enterprise architecture and modernization initiatives with security in mind.
• Prototype emerging technologies and run AI transformation efforts.
• Enable AI, analytics, and BI through data platforms and real-time pipelines.
