Job summary

Cohere is seeking an engineer to deploy and integrate North for enterprise customers in private cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate with client IT teams, design scalable deployment strategies, and ensure security and data privacy compliance while delivering high-quality solutions.

You will work with Kubernetes, Helm, and modern DevOps practices, engaging with customers to meet aggressive timelines and complex requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and Helm.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Git version control.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices.
• Experiment at a high velocity and with a high level of quality to engage our customers and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Travel to customer premises between 20-40%.
