Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a senior engineer to deploy and operate our enterprise AI design platform in customer environments. You will own deployments end-to-end, from architecture discussions to go-live and steady-state operation, including integration with identity, data, and hosting infrastructure.

You will work directly with customer IT, security and platform teams to ensure reliability and security. You will diagnose issues, create runbooks and post-mortems, and drive improvements for

Qualifications

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production, including uncontrolled environments.
• Deep Kubernetes configuration knowledge and troubleshooting for workload startups.
• Strong identity management: OIDC/SAML, credential rotation, redirect URIs, group-to-role mapping.
• Solid Linux, networking and TLS: DNS, routing, ingress/egress, certificates, proxies.
• Kubernetes storage concepts: CSI, PVs, access modes, shared storage under load.
• Proven production deployment experience with a real example and post-mortem learnings.
• Excellent professional English and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment from architecture conversations through go-live and steady state.
• Integrate with customer identity, data, engineering systems, and hosting infrastructure.
• Manage IT/security relationships, architecture reviews, and incident handling.
• Diagnose issues, including external causes, and provide remediation plans.
• Develop runbooks, post-mortems and playbooks to improve future deployments.
