Job summary

Jumio is seeking a Forward Deployed Identity Strategist to serve as a customer-facing fraud and identity expert across enterprise engagements. You will partner with customers to design deployment strategies, assess risk, and align Jumio's solutions with business goals.

You will own onboarding for new deployments, accelerate time-to-live and value, and guide customers through regulatory, legal, or operational hurdles while ensuring adoption and ongoing trust.

Qualifications

• Experience spanning fraud, identity, AML/KYC, or related digital risk with meaningful customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking with risk-focused design.
• Project management and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Ability to distill complex fraud concepts into clear narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate risk profiles and design tailored fraud strategies.
• Provide expert recommendations on risk mitigation and workflow optimization.
• Lead design of standardized identity workflows for different verticals and use cases.
• Orchestrate onboarding readiness and resolve regulatory or policy bottlenecks to accelerate life cycles.
• Advise customer risk and fraud teams on emerging fraud vectors and best practices.
• Validate onboarding milestones align with Jumio best practices.
• Coordinate go-live planning and execution.
