Job summary

Jumio is seeking a Forward Deployed Identity Strategist to partner with enterprise customers, designing tailored fraud strategies and optimized identity workflows. You will drive onboarding, overcome regulatory hurdles, and ensure solution adoption across pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion stages.

Ideal candidates have strong risk thinking, consultative and strategic skills, with experience coordinating Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC or digital risk with customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong consultative, analytical and strategic thinking focused on risk strategy.
• PM skills to coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance).

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate risk and design tailored fraud strategies.
• Advise on risk mitigation, user friction, and workflow optimization.
• Design standardized identity workflows for multiple verticals and use cases.
• Lead go-live planning and readiness to ensure time-to-live and time-to-value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for Jumio customers.
• Validate implementation milestones and alignment with Jumio best practices.
• Support go-live day execution.
