Job summary

Jumio seeks a Forward Deployed Fraud Strategist to serve as a customer-facing identity and fraud expert. You will design implementation strategies, assess risk, and align Jumio solutions with client objectives across pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion.

You will drive onboarding, overcome regulatory hurdles, and ensure adoption while delivering time-to-live and value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud/identity risk or related field with customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative, analytical and strategic thinking for risk strategy and workflow design.
• Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex fraud concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Jumio customers to evaluate risk profiles and design tailored fraud strategies.
• Provide expert recommendations on risk mitigation and workflow optimization.
• Lead standardized identity workflows customized for verticals and use cases.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, regulatory, or policy areas to accelerate time-to-live.
• Advise on emerging fraud vectors and industry best practices.
• Validate milestones and ensure integration aligns with best practices.
• Coordinate go-live planning, readiness reviews, and go-live day execution.
