Job summary

Jumio Corporation is seeking a Forward Deployed Fraud Strategist to act as a customer-facing fraud and identity expert across pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion. You will partner with enterprise customers to design optimal product implementations and align Jumio solutions with business objectives.

You will own onboarding for new deployments, driving time-to-live and value while ensuring adoption and long-term trust within complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fraud, identity, AML/KYC or related field with customer-facing experience.
• Strong consultative and strategic thinking with risk workflow design.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Jumio customers to evaluate risk and design tailored fraud strategies.
• Provide expert recommendations on risk mitigation and workflow optimization.
• Lead standardized identity workflows for different verticals.
• Orchestrate onboarding readiness, overcoming regulatory or policy bottlenecks.
• Advise on emerging fraud vectors and industry best practices.
• Validate implementation milestones and ensure alignment with Jumio practices.
• Coordinate go-live planning and support go-live execution.
