Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own solution design and implementation for our Identity Resolution product. This role blends data analytics and data engineering and involves working directly with data, marketing, and executive teams at household-name companies.

You’ll learn customers’ data architectures, configure IDR deployments, and debug issues. You’ll also advise executives on data strategy, collaborate with sales engineering on pre-sales, and with support engineering on

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in analytics/solutions engineering or a related role.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing experience.
• Experience with customer-facing engagements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect IDR solutions with customer use cases and data models.
• Assess data landscape and feasibility during pre-sales.
• Debug customer IDR issues end-to-end using SQL.
• Explain IDR behavior to customers and discuss trade-offs.
• Surface product gaps and advocate fixes.
• Lead with data engineering and analytics across the lifecycle.
