Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own solution design and implementation for our Identity Resolution (IDR) product. This role blends data analytics with data engineering and involves working directly with data, marketing, and executive teams at household-name companies.

You’ll deploy, debug, and optimize IDR configurations for each customer. You’ll also explain IDR behavior to customers, refine data models, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Support teams throughout the

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in analytics engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation role
• Fluent in Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery, with query performance and warehouse cost awareness
• Experience with data infrastructure or CDP products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for IDR in collaboration with customers and architects
• Debug customer issues end-to-end using SQL and warehouse logs
• Explain IDR behavior to customers and stakeholders, including data governance implications
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Support Engineering on pre- and post-sales implementations
