Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentic Identity Platform. This hands-on role requires building and shipping production software, owning components end-to-end, and prototyping against emerging standards.

You’ll deploy cloud infrastructure and work across modern identity services, often engaging directly with client environments. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to implement secure, scalable identity solutions, with travel and on-site work as part of project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or 12+ years of work experience.
Minimum of 3 years building and shipping production software.
Hands-on development in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java, or C++.
Experience deploying and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including containers and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Write and ship production-ready services in the identity stack, including authorization engines, registries, and authentication layers.
Own a component end-to-end: design, implement, deploy, and handle failures at 3am.
Reverse-engineer how identity works in client environments and design improvements.
Prototype against evolving standards and vendor betas, often before documentation exists.
