Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead customer implementations for a B2B SaaS platform in fintech. You will design real-time and batch data integrations, validate data quality, and configure fraud and AML programs to align with regulatory and business needs.

You will also develop AI-powered investigation workflows, production-ready AI agents, and regulatory processing for SARs/CTRs. You will train customers, manage multiple projects, and help drive scalable deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fintech or B2B SaaS implementations.
• Strong REST API, SQL, ETL, and at least one programming language (Python/JS/TS).
• Experience with data integrations, mapping, validation, and production data quality checks.
• Knowledge of core banking data and systems is a plus (FIS/Fiserv/Jack Henry).
• Ability to translate fraud and compliance requirements into detection rules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Design data integrations including schema mapping and backfills.
• Configure fraud and AML programs and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and production-ready AI agents.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs/CTRs/CRR and related processes.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure reliability in production.
• Train customers and enable self-sufficiency before transitioning to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable methodologies.
• Share feedback and patterns to inform product improvements.
