Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, coordinating technical and business stakeholders and driving project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

You will design real-time API integrations, batch data transfers, and core banking data mappings, build AI-powered investigation workflows, configure fraud and AML programs, and ensure production readiness and robust data quality

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech or regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live, managing plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Design customer data integrations including real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data mappings.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, build detection rules, and optimize CRR models for risk identification.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Implement regulatory workflows involving SARs, CTRs, CRR, and other compliance processes.
• Validate data quality, debug integration issues, and ensure reliable production operations.
• Educate customers on platform use and handover to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations, communicate risks early, and develop recovery plans.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and capture patterns for product improvements.
