Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead customer implementations for a B2B SaaS platform. You will architect data integrations, configure AI-driven investigation workflows, and ensure production-ready deployments across fintech compliance contexts.

Responsibilities include designing real-time and batch data integrations, validating data quality, and enabling customers to operate independently post-launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech/regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language (Python/JS/TS).
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot end-to-end data integrations, including data mapping, schema validation, and backfills.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate changes to technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discussions to go-live.
• Design customer-specific data integrations and mappings.
• Configure fraud, AML programs, and CRR models for risk detection.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and LLM-based processes.
• Support regulatory workflows for SARs and CTRs.
• Validate data quality and production readiness of integrations.
• Train customers to operate independently post-implementation.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing timelines.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and feedback loops.
