Job summary

Seekr is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. You’ll operationalize PoCs, design data pipelines for LLM training and retrieval-augmented workflows, and deploy large language models with robust guardrails and explainability.

Expect close collaboration with client teams and hands-on work across AWS/Azure/GCP, on-prem, and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science (advanced degree a plus).
• 6+ years of professional software/data/ML experience building production systems.
• Hands-on with AI/ML and LLM frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, vLLM).
• Productions systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Strong multi-cloud background (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C++/TypeScript/JavaScript; quick to learn.
• Ability to work with client stakeholders to translate needs into deployed solutions.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize AI PoCs by turning demos into production-grade AI systems.
• Designing and deploying data pipelines and retrieval frameworks for LLM training and RAG apps.
• Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and agentic workflows with explainability and safety.
• Integrating SeekrFlow agents with client environments across cloud/hybrid/on‑prem.
• Embedding with client engineering teams to debug model behavior and optimize performance.
• Codifying best practices into reusable playbooks and deployment accelerators.
