Cadre AI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join client engagements, writing code and architecting systems in tandem with strategy. You will embed with clients, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and ship production-grade AI solutions.

This role is AI-first in practice, requiring hands-on implementation from LLM pipelines to data quality and secure cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You’ll mentor teammates and drive repeatable playbooks across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software with 2+ years in AI/ML production.
• Shipped LLM-powered products used by real users.
• Fluent in TypeScript and Python; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to map operations and identify the AI use cases.
• Architect and deploy LLM/RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and conversational AI.
• Present ROI to executives and manage client relationships as a trusted technical partner.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable playbooks and templates.
