Job summary

Dex partner company is searching for a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical journey from PoV/PoC through production deployment. You will work hands-on with customer engineers and OSS evaluators on integrations, architecture guidance, and reference implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in Go or Rust, plus TypeScript, Java, or Python, and strong Kubernetes and cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go or Rust; strong knowledge of at least one of TypeScript, Java, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical path from PoV/PoC to production readiness and deployment.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and OSS evaluators on integrations, reference implementations, and architecture guidance.
• Drive PoC to production-ready transition including Kubernetes, cloud setup, observability, networking, and security.
• Support discovery workshops, POV planning, and participate in escalation and on-call rotations for critical issues.
• Provide feedback to product through docs, examples, SDKs, and core product improvements.
