Job summary

Talent partners with a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup to build enterprise-grade security, governance, and observability for AI deployments. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical side of customer implementations, blending software engineering, solutions architecture, and customer-facing consulting to help enterprises deploy advanced AI infrastructure.

You will lead technical GTM for POCs, run deep-dive sessions, and troubleshoot integrations across diverse environments,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure, security, or AI platforms.
• Expert of MCP with hands-on MCP-based tools or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own technical GTM of POCs and customer implementations.
• Run pre-sales technical deep dives, demos, and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot integrations across customer environments (IdPs, security tooling, infrastructure).
• Build one-off solutions and custom configurations for enterprise customers.
• Be the technical expert in the room during sales cycles and answer advanced questions.

About the Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical side of customer implementations. This is a unique opportunity to combine software engineering, solutions architecture, and customer-facing consulting as you help enterprise customers successfully deploy cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own technical GTM of POCs and customer implementations
• Run pre-sales technical deep dives, demos, and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot integrations across customer environments (IdPs, security tooling, infrastructure)
• Build one-off solutions and custom configurations for enterprise customers
• Be the technical expert in the room during sales cycles, able to handle stump questions from senior engineers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience
• Strong technical background with experience in enterprise infrastructure, security, or AI platforms
• Expert of Model Context Protocol (MCP) with hands-on experience working with MCP-based tools, integrations, or infrastructure

Bonus Qualifications

• Shipped production code at some point in your career
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, identity systems, or security tooling
• Built your own side projects or have founder experience
