Job summary

Wiliot in New York is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers deploy and scale Wiliot solutions in real-world environments. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to design and implement integrated solutions that run in customer operations.

This role combines solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration to drive adoption and expansion of Wiliot platform capabilities across diverse enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Customer-facing technical experience
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript for integrations and automation
• Exposure to IoT systems or hardware-enabled platforms
• Experience designing technical architectures or integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers
• Translate customer workflows into technical solution architectures
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using the Wiliot platform
• Build integrations, scripts, or prototypes for customer environments
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure reliable production implementations

This role combines solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to design and implement solutions that integrate the Wiliot platform into customer operations.
