• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the business to embed with indication teams, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, Insights, sales leadership, RDUs, and RAMs to understand needs.
• Translate needs into solutions using data science, ML, analytical models, AI-enabled solutions, or decision frameworks.
• Deliver measurable outcomes by applying analytical methods to commercial problems and linking outputs to business results.
• Make complex analytics outputs understandable through clear, jargon-free recommendations for stakeholders.
• Lead with agentic AI by designing and orchestrating AI agents and human-agent workflows for faster analysis and decision-making.
• Build on cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, Azure) for scalable analytics.
• Bring fresh thinking, operate independently, and introduce new expertise to strengthen the team.
• Safeguard trust by applying sound statistical judgment and ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
