Role
Senior strategic analyst and architect for Decision Intelligence and AI product strategies within Bayer’s US Pharmaceuticals division, focusing on the Asundexian product.
Responsibilities
- translate business questions into analytical blueprints
- design and validate decision-support models
- generate insights through sophisticated analyses including market research and patient segmentation, and embed analytics into business workflows
- Accountable for end-to-end blueprint development, ensuring analytical quality and driving adoption to support high-stakes decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote reusable analytics and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- extensive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market intelligence, including primary and secondary research, vendor management, and data analytics
- strong knowledge of US healthcare environment
- proven track record advising senior leaders
- ability to develop and implement complex analytics, hypotheses, KPIs, and recommendations
- hands-on experience with pharmaceutical data sources like IQVIA, Symphony, and specialty pharmacy data
Preferred qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Health Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
