Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, US Decision Science & AI Innovation to shape and scale advanced analytics for commercial decision-making across the U.S. Remotely based, candidates must have deep modeling expertise and strategic leadership to drive predictive analytics adoption in a highly regulated environment.

The role collaborates with data engineering and technology teams to deliver reusable, validated solutions that improve insight quality and business impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of hands-on modeling experience.
• Expertise in deploying predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms at scale.
• Proficiency in end-to-end model exploration, development, deployment, and management.
• Strong background in commercial pharmaceutical methods such as marketing mix modeling and causal measurement.
• Experience with generative or agentic AI in commercial pharma under enterprise governance.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, US Decision Science & AI Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This senior leadership role will shape and scale advanced analytics capabilities that support commercial decision-making across the U.S. business. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical modeling expertise with strategic leadership to drive the adoption of predictive analytics, machine learning, and emerging AI methods in a highly regulated environment. This position will partner closely with data engineering and technology teams to deliver reusable, validated solutions that improve insight quality and business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $186,750 – $311,250 annually
