Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, OR data engineering or equivalent
• Pharmaceutical development and/or clinical supply chain exposure preferred
• Strong Python and ML model deployment experience
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps
• Interest in Agentic AI and integrating AI agents into workflows
• Experience with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for business challenges
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Independent decision-making and proactive project leadership

Responsibilities

• Requirements translation of business processes into mathematical representations for models and data products
• Decision intelligence strategy: translate model outputs into actionable business insights with SMEs
• Develop business cases and articulate value for new digital capabilities
• Define and track KPIs to monitor value from digital transformation
• Modeling & simulation: build models to simulate/optimize processes
• Data engineering: design and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, SQL
• Develop agentic AI workflows with Copilot Studio to automate decisions
• Web apps development to enable data interaction for users
• Code management with VS Code, GitHub, and AI tools for quality
• Collaborate with DSCS architects for scalable DevOps
• Documentation and enablement for end-users as new capabilities roll out
