Job summary

People Culture Talent is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly within customer environments, implementing and enhancing a platform that supports mission critical software and AI workflows.

You will lead deployments, design custom workflows, and collaborate closely with customers from project kickoff through delivery, while influencing product improvements based on field insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer facing technical roles.
• Strong development fundamentals with the ability to write production-quality code.
• Direct experience collaborating with customers to solve technical problems and deliver outcomes.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes from discovery through delivery.
• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, enterprise software, or AI-native products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer deployments from kickoff to adoption.
• Design and develop custom workflows, integrations, and extensions tailored to customer needs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within customer environments.
• Establish trusted relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.
• Share field insights with product and engineering teams to inform improvements.
• Guide customers in deployment architectures and best practices for long-term success.
• Create deployment playbooks, technical documentation, and implementation resources.
