Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer in New York City, NY (Hybrid) for a full-time role. You will work directly with Fortune 1000 clients to deploy and scale AI solutions, including an enterprise Palantir-powered suite, blending consulting, architecture, and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing solutions, and driving production deployments with executive stakeholders, aiming for measurable business impact and rapid AI

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing AI or enterprise software roles.
Experience translating business needs into deployed AI solutions.
Proven ability to run discovery, design, onboarding and rollout activities.
Hands-on with deploying AI platforms in production environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI transformation priorities.
Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and executive demonstrations.
Architect and deploy AI-powered business solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
Own deployment from discovery through rollout and operationalization.
