Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business challenges and technology with AI-assisted engineering, automation, and modern software delivery.

You will work directly with customers to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leveraging agentic SDLC practices and automation to accelerate delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and ability to review/validate AI-generated code.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor).
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and modern architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with customers and translate them into technology solutions.
• Design, generate and validate AI-generated code and artifacts; drive deployment of enterprise-grade apps.
• Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI enablement techniques.
• Review and validate AI-generated artifacts including requirements, design documents, code, and specs.
• Review AI-generated test designs and Playwright/Selenium scripts for quality and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, DevSecOps, and quality standards.
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows, automation pipelines, and developer productivity solutions.
• Develop prototypes, POCs, and production-ready implementations.
• Support customer engagements, workshops, demos, and solution consulting.
