Job summary

SnapLogic is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers on their AI journey. You will work with the AI Center of Excellence and field teams to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes.

You will build rapid prototypes, guide pilots to adoption, and articulate ROI and risk to C-level stakeholders, while shaping product feedback into roadmaps for scalable agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing advisory role with enterprise customers.
• Executive presence to guide C-level decision-making and command a room.
• Prototype-driven work under ambiguity without waiting for fully specified requirements.
• Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts, governance, and cost-to-performance trade-offs.
• Experience with enterprise data and application integration, orchestration, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use-case opportunities with customers.
• Demonstrate iterative value through prototyping and pilot deployments.
• Lead executive briefings and translate AI concepts into strategic business outcomes.
• Help build business cases and define baseline KPIs to prove value.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, product, and sales to enable adoption.
