ServiceNow in the United States (Oregon) is seeking a seasoned FDE Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with customers, and drive end-to-end delivery of intelligent, scalable AI solutions.

You will manage SDLC processes, align with governance and security practices, and navigate complex programs across cloud-based SaaS environments. Travel may be required occasionally, but you will work to deliver measurable value for

Qualifications

8+ years of project/program management in mid/large software companies.
Strong SDLC and release management understanding in SaaS.
Experience delivering AI or AI-enabled workflows at scale.
Familiarity with AI governance, security practices.
Travel is required occasionally.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and customers to deliver AI systems.
Co-innovate AI solutions with customers as first contact for escalation.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external tech leaders to focus on objectives.
Drive large-scale, cross-functional AI software builds on tight timelines.
Define milestones and translate business goals into execution strategy.
Identify and remove obstacles in AI deployment and releases.
