Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will embed with client teams, own outcomes, and translate AI platform capabilities into measurable business value.

The role demands deep cloud-native engineering, design and deployment of agentic workflows, and leadership in technical workshops with C-suite partners. Travel may be required; compensation aligns with New York market ranges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering exp with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless)
• 1+ years designing and deploying agentic solutions in production
• 2+ years working with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI
• 10+ years programming in Python/Java or equivalent; familiarity with tooling
• 10+ years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring
• 10+ years client communication and leading technical workshops
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years work experience; AI certs or agentic tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption
• Drive rapid experiments delivering production-ready AI solutions
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, platform layers
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives; build ROI backlogs
• Publish reusable blueprints and accelerators for the FDE practice
• Lead architecture sessions and executive workshops with client teams
• Codify delivery learnings to shape future FDE engineers
