Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will be embedded inside enterprise teams, turning AI platforms into real, scalable capabilities and owning time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability outcomes.

This role involves working with leading AI stacks, shaping roadmaps with CTOs and CISOs, and delivering production-ready agentic solutions across complex environments. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience across cloud-native apps.
• 3+ years designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with multiple AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming with Python/Java and observability tooling.
• 10+ years production deployments including IaC and monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and communicate with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes with time-to-value, reliability, adoption.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance and integration.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives and multi-year roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable blueprints and accelerators scaling across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the practice.
