Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will embed with enterprise teams to deploy AI platforms, translate platform capability into business value, and own outcomes from time-to-value to scalability.

This is a production engineering role, not a pure consulting or research position. You will design, build, and operate agentic AI solutions, collaborating with CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs to drive adoption, ROI, and multi-year roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive engineering experience.
• 10+ years in cloud-native systems and production deployments.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• Strong Python/Java experience and production CI/CD skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption.
• Lead rapid experimentation and produce production systems quickly.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the tech stack.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives and create roadmaps.
• Publish reusable blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify best practices to scale the FDE practice.
