Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work inside client teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship end-to-end systems with strong data and retrieval architectures. The role blends consulting, engineering, and operational duties, requiring comfort with enterprise stakeholders and production-grade AI workflows.

You will ensure data quality, evaluation, and governance while delivering value on tight timelines across regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and decisions into specifications.
• Architect & design. End-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build. Ship working systems, agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Operate (Day 2). Own post-launch eval, observability, and drift handling.
• Consult. Present to CTOs and VPs, quantify impact and support pre-sales.
