Job summary

CoffeeSpace is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise home services operators, building and deploying AI agents that drive real revenue outcomes.

You will own customer relationships from implementation to ongoing success, translating needs into product improvements and partnering with product, engineering, and design teams to shape the roadmap. This is an early-stage role with meaningful equity in a high-growth startup.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a relevant technical, client-facing role.
• Strong ability to translate customer pain points into product improvements and platform enhancements.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, REST APIs, TypeScript, React, Node.js; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents (voice, text, phone) for enterprise home services customers.
• Own customer relationships end-to-end, serving as primary contact for implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to translate customer pain points into platform improvements.
• Handle post-sales implementation and customer success responsibilities to ensure delight and account expansion.
• Work with founders and team leads to contribute to the product roadmap.
