Job summary

Innovaccer seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with business, operations, product, and engineering teams to turn high-impact use cases into AI-powered internal tools. You’ll be a builder, consultant, and systems engineer, translating ambiguous problems into reliable technical solutions.

You will prototype with LLMs and agent frameworks on Innovaccer’s Gravity platform, design scalable architectures, and collaborate across functions to deliver reusable components and secure, observable AI

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical designs and working products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for agentification, workflow automation, and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Build AI agents, copilots, workflows, and internal applications on top of platform capabilities including Gravity, APIs, data systems, and enterprise tools.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and internal platforms, iterating on user feedback.
• Design scalable agent architectures that plan, reason, retrieve context, call tools, trigger workflows, and complete business tasks reliably.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, security, and business stakeholders to move prototypes into scalable solutions.
