Job summary

CoffeeSpace is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise home services operators, building and deploying AI agents that drive real revenue outcomes.

You will own customer relationships from implementation to ongoing success, translating needs into product improvements and partnering with product, engineering, and design teams to shape the roadmap. This is an early-stage role with meaningful equity in a high-growth startup.

Qualifications

We're identifying a small number of exceptional forward deployed engineers from our network. If there's a strong fit, we'll introduce you directly to the founding team.

This company acts as a Revenue CoPilot for home services and remodeling businesses, leveraging AI to drive significant revenue outcomes. Founded in 2023, the company has raised $11M and is actively raising their Series A. They work with massive customers like Sears Home Services and Del Air, managing over $2.3B in revenue.

The team consists of 18 members and benefits from elite backing, including investors like Stellation Capital and Gokul Rajaram. Their collaborative office is located in Flatiron, NYC, where they foster a tight-knit team culture with weekly family dinners.

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the critical liaison between customers and the product organization. You'll embed with enterprise home services operators, building and deploying AI agents that drive real revenue outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents (voice, text, phone) for enterprise home services customers
