Job summary

AI Aspire, based in Silicon Valley, seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our enterprise team in Mountain View. You will embed with client teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign workflows, and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive real business impact.

Between engagements, you will contribute to internal tooling and platform development. You must be proficient with LLMs, agents, and RAG systems, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• Strong AI engineering skills with LLMs and related tech.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise software, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to enterprise client sites for short-term engagements to assess AI opportunities, redesign workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with client teams to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design AI solutions that drive meaningful impact.
• Build and deploy AI tools, agents, and automations using the latest models and frameworks.
• Collaborate with engagement managers and leadership to ensure client engagements are scoped, planned, and delivered effectively.
• Contribute to internal platform and tooling development between client engagements.
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI engineering and bring new ideas back to the team.
